This dynamic new networking and sharing website provides subscribers with access to a variety of resources to facilitate the development of knowledge and skills in practice development. FoNS is committed to continuing to grow and expand these resources and would therefore welcome ideas from subscribers about what kind of resources they would find beneficial and also information about resources they may like to share with others through this website.

Themed teleconferences

Themed teleconferences provide a great opportunity for subscribers to engage with practitioners who have expertise in practice development. A list of the themes and dates for upcoming conferences is provided, along with links to more detailed information about each teleconference (as it becomes available) and an overview of the teleconference process.

Telephone group clinical supervision

This innovative resource has been developed as a result of a successful pilot project that was supported by FoNS and undertaken by ten members of the Developing Practice Network during 2005/06. Subscribers are being offered the opportunity to:

• experience telephone group clinical supervision as a supervisee
• develop a greater understanding of the role of the clinical supervisor

The first group is scheduled to begin on Thursday 28th February from 19.00hrs - 20.30hrs (GMT).

Publications

A variety of reports, book chapters and articles relating to practice development methodologies and methods are available to download.

PD tools

A variety of tools that can be used to inform and support practice development work are available to download.
