About IPDC

The International Practice Development Collaborative (IPDC) is a community of practice (practice developers and researchers) who are committed to knowledge development, knowledge translation and knowledge use/application/utilisation in relation to practice development by:

• Working politically and strategically to:
  • Ensure practice development is on the political radar
  • Demonstrate the outcomes and effectiveness of practice development in terms of practice, education and organisational transformation
• Building capacity through IPDC endorsed programmes
• Undertaking research to advance the theoretical understanding of practice development and to demonstrate its outcomes
