Developing the Facilitation Skills of Professional Nurse Advocates across the UKHSA: Evaluation of a Five-day Workshop Programme

We are delighted to share this Final Evaluation Report for the UK Health Security Agency commissioned bespoke programme to support the development of the facilitation skills of PNAs.

Sarah Gigg, Chief Nursing Officer and Deputy Director of HIMS at the UK Health Security Agency said:

  • The variety of approaches to learning
  • Learning about relevant theories and how to apply them in practice
  • Developing knowledge, skills and confidence
