Paediatric Practice Development Nurse

“I am a dedicated Practice Development Nurse with a background in leadership, education, safeguarding and clinical practice roles.

In creating a supportive learning environment, I work with individualised development plans for nurses, helping them to become competent in their skills and thrive in clinical settings. As a restorative clinical supervision facilitator, I empower nurses to build resilience, develop their capabilities, and take proactive steps for their well-being, learning and development, the basis for person centred culture.

I am keen to expand this work on a larger scale, and I believe that the programme will enhance my skill sets further as a facilitator for culture change particularly around communication, teamwork and leadership influence and impact.  I believe that the networking and continued support from FoNS will help sustain change”.
