Victoria Dyson-Lynne
Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health Service Manager
I have been in my current role for three years, building on a strong foundation of operational and clinical leadership experience within both children’s nursing and perinatal mental health services. Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to enhancing the patient and family experience across the healthcare journey. I believe it is vital for team members to work within a culture that truly embodies person-centred values. It’s equally important to me that individuals and teams feel genuinely valued, and that their meaningful contributions are consistently recognised and celebrated.
I am honoured to have been accepted onto the FoNS Person-Centred Cultures Leadership Development Programme. This opportunity aligns closely with my dedication to fostering compassionate, inclusive, and reflective cultures within clinical teams. I am particularly invested in supporting team development while also prioritising my own growth through continuous reflection and learning. I am looking forward to the reflective and supportive opportunity this programme will provide and utilising the tools I have learned within my teams to enhance the workforce and patient experience.
