When Sue went to the Care Show in Birmingham

I was delighted to attend the Care Show in Birmingham on 9 October.

It was a great occasion, the developing cohesiveness between the various nursing-based organisations working in social care was palpable. I felt part of a group who all care about what we do, want to make it better and to get social care recognised for the amazing work that is undertaken and the keen dedicated staff who work within it recognised.

It was great to catch up with people and start to see how RBCS is being implemented and the impact it is beginning to have on people, teams and organisations. I even met Olivia the actual Dulux dog!
