Fiona Sheppard
Associate Facilitator

Fiona is a registered general nurse and health visitor by clinical background and progressed on to become an assistant professor working in nurse education.
From grass roots personal practice through to education and implementation, she has had a career-defining interest in clinical supervision.
She has worked in a variety of contexts helping trusts to develop clinical supervision policy, practice and implementation, through a range of models and approaches.
Her post registration education has focused upon person-centred practice having undertaken a master’s in human relations and doctoral research in group supervision.
She currently practises as an independent supervisor and coach and as an associate facilitator in the charitable sector.
She enjoys walking in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside where she lives with her husband and border terrier dog, spending time with her daughter and partner, singing in two local community choirs, tending her garden and meeting with friends at her book club and gardening group.
