Venetia is a nurse, health tech founder, and passionate advocate for people-centred care, with 30 years’ experience across cancer nursing, digital health, and service transformation.

 

She has held senior clinical and leadership roles within the NHS, including Consultant Cancer Nurse at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, before moving into digital health to found a health coaching company. Over her career, Venetia has developed award-winning innovations, secured strategic funding, and led research that has been widely published.

Her work has been recognised through national awards, including RCN Nurse of the Year, and through fellowships with NIHR, NHS England, and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. Alongside her professional roles, Venetia has been an active mentor and committee member, working with national and international bodies such as NIHR CLAHRC, NICE, and the European Cancer Organisation to help shape clinical guidelines and essential standards.

Venetia is committed to improving the user experience of care through technology, while balancing this with the need to preserve and strengthen the human relationships and connections at the heart of healthcare systems.
