Chloe Gregson

Head of Operations, Imagine Independence

My name is Chloe Gregson, and I work in supported living services for people with mental health needs and learning disabilities. My role focuses on improving quality, governance and person-centred practice across services, while supporting teams to create environments where people genuinely feel heard, valued and empowered.

I applied for the scholarship because I’m passionate about developing more meaningful, person-centred cultures within health and social care. I’m particularly interested in strengthening leadership, improving staff engagement and ensuring the voices of the people we support are at the centre of decision-making and service development.

Being awarded the scholarship honestly felt both exciting and reassuring. It feels like recognition for the work and values I care deeply about, and I’m looking forward to learning, reflecting and bringing new ideas back into practice to improve outcomes for the people we support and our teams.

Thank you so much again for awarding me the scholarship. I’m really excited and grateful for the opportunity to be part of the programme and to work alongside FoNS.
