I am a dual-registered Adult and Mental Health Nurse and the Managing Director of Cornerstone Care Solutions, a consultancy specialising in supporting health and social care organisations through periods of challenge, change and improvement. I work across a wide range of services including care homes, community services and complex turnaround environments, with a particular interest in culture, leadership and psychologically safe practice.
Alongside my consultancy work, I am a trained Professional Nurse Advocate and have completed Resilience-based Clinical Supervision training through FoNS. I’m passionate about creating reflective, person-centred cultures where both staff and people receiving care feel heard, valued and supported.
I am really excited and grateful to have been awarded the FoNS Social Care Nurse Development Scholarship. The opportunity to step back, reflect and learn alongside others who are passionate about person-centred cultures feels incredibly valuable. I’m particularly looking forward to exploring creative and reflective approaches that can support staff wellbeing, leadership and culture change within health and social care settings.
